This page is a draft PAIA Manual for Whe2, prepared for publication in support of access to information requests under the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000.

This manual is made available to assist people who wish to request access to records held by Whe2 in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (PAIA), as amended.

It should be read together with Whe2's Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Whe2.

7. How to request access to records

To request access to a record, send a written request to the Information Officer or the legal contact listed above. Your request should include enough detail to help us identify the record you are seeking.

Where a prescribed PAIA request form is required, it should be completed and submitted together with any applicable supporting information.

Whe2 may charge request fees, access fees, or reproduction fees where permitted by PAIA. If a fee is payable, we will let you know before processing the request further.

We will respond within the timeframe required by PAIA, subject to any lawful extensions.
